Usted está invitado al Taller ISTH sobre Trastornos Trombóticos en San Juan del Río, Querétaro, México, del 31 de mayo al 2 de junio de 2018. Este taller está diseñado para ofrecer capacitación sobre los últimos desarrollos en el manejo de la tromboembolia venosa y trombosis en general. El evento tendrá lugar en el hotel Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo.

Dirigido a:

• Profesionales de la salud recien egresados..

• Residentes en hemostasia, hematología, medicina transfusional, medicina vascular o medicina de cuidados intensivos.

• Médicos de diversas especialidades que desean adquirir conocimiento clínico y básico en el campo de trombosis y hemostasia.

• Especialistas que desean actualizarse.

Objetivos:

1. Obtener una comprensión de los últimos avances en el manejo de la trombosis en general y en la tromboembolia venosa.

2. Aprender a identificar, diagnosticar y conocer los avances recientes en el tratamiento de pacientes con riesgo de trombosis.

3. Tener la oportunidad de establecer contactos con líderes expertos en el campo de la trombosis y la hemostasia, beneficiándose de un grupo pequeño en entrenamiento (200 participantes como máximo).

Idioma: Habrá traducción simultánea inglés – español – inglés.

Target Audience:

• early career professionals
• trainees in hemostasis, hematology, transfusion medicine, vascular medicine, or intensive care medicine,
• a Ph.D. wishing to acquire clinical and basic knowledge in the field, or
• a senior hematologist looking for an update.

Objectives:

1. Obtain an understanding of the latest developments in VTE and thrombosis management

2. Learn to identify, diagnose and have knowledge of the latest treatment for patients with risk of thrombosis

3. Have the opportunity to network with leading experts in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis, benefiting from the small training size (200 maximum participants)
